The customer's global tenant admin grants read-only consent to their Microsoft tenant via a standard OAuth click-through flow. The process is less than 2 minutes with nothing to install, no data to export and nothing to configure. One link, one connection. Data begins to ingest immediately.
Yes. Deal Hub uses encrypted read-only Microsoft Graph and Azure API access via delegated consent which can be revoked at any time. Standard Microsoft OAuth protocols govern the connection. No customer data is retained beyond what's needed to generate the assessment.
